Testimonials from our members:
This trip was everything I heard it would be and more. One suggestion: Provide and optional night stay in Vegas on Monday when returning from the Canyon. We had at least 10 people stay in Vegas on Monday night when returning from the Canyon - but we were all in different hotels and wished we could have been together at the same hotel so we could easily get together. Provide single room options for this night as well. Thank you E&A for this incredible trip - and thanks Reid.
I joined 5 months ago and attend 12-15 events each month. Membership has accomplished exactly what I had hoped… I've met numerous active, fun people doing interesting things that, left to my own devices, would often never occur to me! All of this in a no pressure, fun, group environment… E&A gets me out of the house 4 or 5 times a week. I enjoy the group so much so, that, after belonging only 4 months, I extended my one year membership by an additional 3 years!
I would give this event 5 stars ! Look at the pictures - everyone had a great time. Value - I think this was a value for $55.00. We got 7 servings of wine, a wine glass, an execlent box dinner, jazz music in each car that rotated through the cars and a 3 hour train ride. Venue: We were in a 1925 box car. It was great. Repeat: I know they dont have this train ride very often, but our 19 seats filled up fast and I know a lot of people wanted to sign up but it was alteady sold out. They do have a train that goes to the stock yards in Ft Worth - you roam around the stock yards for a while and comes back to Grapevine. We should look into this as an option for another train ride. Host: Sandra (as always) was a wonderful host. She introduces everyone, engages everyone,is fun and enjoys all members.
I had so much FUN!!! This was my first event and I felt at easy as soon as I walked in. Bridget was very warm and inviting. The owner of the place did a fantastic job teaching us how to make clay objects. I would love to go back and try something new or learn even more about clay spinning wheel.
